Kate graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 1987. For the past 28 years, she has worked in both a hospital and private practice setting. Initially, her primary focus was orthopaedics and sports injuries. Kate has completed over 20 postgraduate courses in the field of orthopaedics, advanced manual therapy, pain management, and acupuncture.
Kate has always had a passion for women’s health which has now become her primary focus. She has completed her pelvic health courses with Pelvic Health Solutions and is now pleased to offer these important services to her patients. She has the professional expertise to treat women and men who suffer from loss of bladder and bowel control, prolapse, constipation, pelvic pain, and pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain. As well she treats pregnant and postpartum women.
Kate is married to her husband Doug and has two daughters attending university. She enjoys working out, yoga, curling, and reading.
